1 – The pricing provided in our comprehensive estimates is derived from thorough market research and continually updated digital sources. However, we invite our clients to input their own pricing if desired.

2 – The projected trades will be specified within the comprehensive estimate. Any trade or item not explicitly listed should be regarded as excluded.

3 – We offer a wide range of services, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Millwork, tailored to the individual needs of our clients.

4 – Our Take-off calculations are based on scaled PDF drawings, unless stated otherwise.

5 – Additional charges will apply for completing bid forms, revisions or changes in drawings, and any project-related information forms.

6 – Payment methods accepted include Credit Card, with payment terms requiring 50% upon approval and the remaining 50% before submission.

7 – At Cannon Estimation, we prioritize lasting business relationships and offer rates 50% lower than the market average. Our clients’ satisfaction is our utmost priority.

8 – We guarantee a 98% accuracy rate in our takeoff, with a refund policy in place for any discrepancies. Refunds are not applicable if errors arise from missing drawings provided by the client. Refunds will only be issued if the client identifies legitimate errors in the takeoff based on the original drawings supplied by the client.
